Welcome to IGR Members Only. This program was built by gamers, for gamers — to give real members a fair opportunity to secure highly sought-after products at fair prices.

By accessing or using our website, membership program, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Membership Program

IGR Members Only is a paid membership program providing access to exclusive products, early releases, and limited-quantity items. Membership does not guarantee product availability, successful checkout, allocation of limited items, or future access to specific brands or releases.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Abuse

2.1 Use of Bots or Automation

You may not use bots, scripts, automation tools, auto-refresh software, checkout automation, browser extensions designed to automate purchasing, API manipulation, or any method designed to gain an unfair purchasing advantage. Accounts suspected of botting may be immediately terminated without refund.

2.2 Chargebacks & Payment Abuse

You agree not to file chargebacks after confirmed delivery or engage in friendly fraud. If tracking confirms delivery, the transaction is considered fulfilled. Fraudulent disputes may result in immediate termination, permanent ban, and collections action.

2.3 System Manipulation

You may not circumvent per-account limits, create multiple accounts to bypass purchase limits, exploit pricing errors, or manipulate store credit systems. We reserve the right to cancel any order obtained through abuse.

3. Order Policies

Orders are not guaranteed until confirmed and processed. Once marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Incorrect shipping addresses are the customer's responsibility.

4. Membership Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Termination may occur without refund if abuse is confirmed. We genuinely prefer to resolve issues before it comes to that — please communicate with us first.

5. Store Credit

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through abuse or fraud.

6. Limitation of Liability

IGR shall not be liable for missed drops, inventory sellouts, site slowdowns, or carrier delays. All products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
